Lenise Mazyck, LCSW, CCTP, CIMHP

Owner & Founder
Lenise Mazyck is the owner and psychotherapist at Roots to Results Counseling. Lenise is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia with a number of years in the social work field. She has a history of working with children, young adults, individuals and families using a person-centered approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client. Lenise provides 1:1 counseling, group counseling, supervision for pre-licensed social workers, and trainings/speeches.
Lela Thompson, MSW

Supervisee In Social Work
Lela Thompson, MSW is Supervisee in Clinical Social Work at Roots to Results Counseling. Lela has been in the social work field for more than 6 years and has worked with communities and clients in multiple states. She has done work including working with those in foster care and those currently receiving dialysis. Lela specializes in finding things that are close to each person and helping them make changes in their lives. Lela looks forward to serving the Roots to Results Counseling community. Lela has experience with providing clinical services, direct care, and implementing standardized training. Lela provides 1:1 counseling and group counseling


Jaimie Goodman, MSW

Supervisee in Social Work
Jaimie Goodman, MSW is Supervisee in Clinical Social Work at Roots to Results Counseling. Jaimie has been in the social work field for more than 10 years and has served on community boards working to advocate for services for the community. She has worked with a wide array of different populations to include incarcerated youth, previously incarcerated adults, homeless, individuals with addictions, those that have experienced trauma, intellectual disabilities, and geriatrics/hospice to name a few. She has done work including working with those in foster care and those currently receiving dialysis. Jaimie specializes in meeting people where they are and working on processing through the things that bring them to counseling. Jaimie provides 1:1 counseling and group counseling
