Hi, I am Lela (She/her)! I am an African American woman in South Boston, Va and have a lot of experiences loving people from diverse backgrounds!  Having someone to talk to and process your concerns with can make a huge difference in your life and I'm here to help. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and overall health and wellness. I am proud to serve those of all identities, orientations, and expressions. There are many things in life that can cause us to have feelings of anxiety, sadness, stress, and frustration. These feelings can often make us feel as if there will never be any relief. I am here to tell you there is hope. You deserve a life that is enjoyable and worth living. You can regain control over your life, you can breathe easier.
